NeuroHub Compass: the Six-Point Framework, as a daily check-in

NeuroHub’s Six-Point Framework, made personal. Two minutes, six areas of your life, a different idea every day from NeuroHub’s books and training, and trends that show what drains you and what helps. An education and peer-support tool that does not ask you to mask, comply or try harder.

Get started How it works

£4.99 a month for six months. Then it is yours for life.

6 × £4.99 = £29.94

Start now

Phoenix AI chat is included while you pay. After your sixth payment, 10 replies a month stay included, and the full chat is an optional £4.99 a month add-on you can cancel at any time. Read the terms.

What you get

A two-minute daily check-in

Rate six areas: senses and surroundings, daily living, connection, emotions, sense of self, and strengths. Every question is optional, and a missed day is fine.

A different idea every day

For each of the six areas, something to know, to try or to sit with. 240 ideas drawn from NeuroHub’s books and training, never the same one twice for 40 days.

Trends and patterns

See how each area moves over weeks, which days are easier, what tends to go down together, and early signs of burnout, with gentle, low-demand ideas for what might help.

Phoenix, beside you

A neuro-affirming AI companion who floats in the corner of the app. Talk an idea or your check-in through, in your own words. Phoenix is an AI, not a person or a therapist.

A calming Toolkit

Breathing, grounding, sensory reset, guided meditations, a focus timer, a task breaker, scripts for hard messages and a personal support plan. All of it works with no AI and no internet.

Documents to keep

The 6PF Global Assessment, a burnout recovery plan and a positive-identity workbook, drafted with your own words and downloaded as a PDF.

Private by design

Your check-ins live on your device, and scrambled in your account if you sync. NeuroHub sees numbers only, never what you write or how you rate anything. Read how.

Accessible

Fonts for dyslexia, text size and spacing, calm and high-contrast colours, reduced motion, reading aloud and low-demand wording, in the same Autistic-led design as everything NeuroHub makes. See all of it.

The six areas

A taste of the daily ideas

Every day the app brings you one idea for each area. Here are three of the 240.

Sensory · 🌱 Try this

Turn one input down

Pick the one thing that is pressing on you most right now: a sound, a light, a texture, a smell. Turn that one down by a little. Headphones, a lamp instead of the big light, a softer top. You are changing the room, not yourself.

Emotional · 💡 Good to know

Start with the body

Many neurodivergent people feel emotions first as sensations: a tight chest, a hot face, a heavy stomach. Naming the sensation before the feeling is a good place to begin. Then give your body what it asks for: slow breathing, pressure, warmth, a drink, movement or quiet.

Strengths · 🪞 Sit with this

What did I do well this week, however small?

Think of something that went well or that you got through: a task done your way, a boundary kept, a difficult day survived. You do not have to rank it. Small things count.

How it works

  1. Make your account. Enter your email address, and we send you a sign-in code. There is no password, and we do not keep your address.
  2. Start your licence. Pay the first £4.99 on Stripe’s secure page. The app opens straight away.
  3. Check in when you can. Two minutes, and an idea for each area. Use the Toolkit, talk to Phoenix, and watch your own patterns appear.
  4. Own it. After your sixth payment, NeuroHub Compass is yours for life and the payments stop by themselves.

Made by NeuroHub Community

NeuroHub Community is an Autistic-led organisation. NeuroHub Compass is built around the Six-Point Framework and the books of David Gray-Hammond, including Re-Storying Autism, Unashamed Autistic and Supporting Autistic People: A Six-Point Framework, with ideas from the Autistic community credited by name. It is a peer-support learning tool, made with the community it is for.

Please note: this is an education and self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, medical advice or a crisis service, and Phoenix is a computer program that cannot diagnose you. A red Help button is always visible and shows helplines for your country.

Questions people ask

What is NeuroHub Compass?

A daily check-in for Autistic and other neurodivergent people. In about two minutes you rate six areas of life (senses and surroundings, daily living, connection, emotions, sense of self, and strengths and capacity). The app then shows you trends and patterns in your own check-ins, and gives you a different idea each day for each area, drawn from NeuroHub’s books and training. It is an education and peer-support tool made by NeuroHub Community, an Autistic-led organisation.

What does it cost?

6 monthly payments of £4.99, which is £29.94 in all. After the sixth payment you own it for life and nothing more is taken for the app. You get a full refund if you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment.

What happens after the sixth payment?

The app is yours for good: the daily check-in, the daily ideas and library, trends, the Toolkit and the documents. 10 Phoenix AI replies a month stay included. If you would like the full Phoenix AI chat as well, there is an optional add-on at £4.99 a month that you can cancel at any time. Cancelling it never affects the app.

What if I have to stop paying before the sixth payment?

You can stop whenever you like and nothing more is charged. Your access pauses, and what you saved is kept for 30 days so you can download it or pick the remaining payments up and carry on. You only ever pay for the instalments you have left.

Is it therapy?

No. It is an education and self-reflection tool. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it is not a crisis service. A red Help button is always visible and shows helplines and emergency numbers for your country. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.

Who can see my check-ins?

You can. They are stored on your device, and in your account if you keep sync on, where they are scrambled with a key only the server holds. NeuroHub staff cannot read them, and we do not store your email address. The dashboard NeuroHub uses shows numbers only: how many people use the app, and how many check-ins were done, never what you wrote or how you rated anything.

What is Phoenix?

Phoenix is a neuro-affirming AI companion that floats beside the app. You can talk through a day’s idea or your check-in with Phoenix, who writes replies using Claude and knows NeuroHub’s books and articles. Phoenix is a computer program, not a person or a therapist. You can use the built-in helper instead, which works offline and sends nothing anywhere.

Why is Phoenix AI limited?

Every AI reply costs NeuroHub money. While you are making your six payments there is a fair daily allowance, and after that 10 replies a month stay included. Everything else in the app, including the built-in helper and the Toolkit, never runs out.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It runs in your browser and installs as an app on Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac and Linux, with one tap. It works offline once installed, and your check-ins sync between your devices when you are signed in.

Is it accessible?

Accessibility is part of the design: dyslexia-friendly fonts, text size and spacing, calm and high-contrast colours, reduced motion, reading aloud, a keyboard-friendly layout and low-demand wording. Every question is optional and a missed day is fine.
